Go-to-market veteran joins BigTime’s Board to drive AI-powered growth in professional services.
BigTime Software, a leading provider of AI-powered professional services automation (PSA) software, announced the appointment of Carla Piñeyro Sublett to its Board of Directors.
Sublett brings more than two decades of leadership in go-to-market strategy, brand transformation, and digital innovation at some of the world’s top technology companies. Her expertise in scaling global marketing and sales functions will support BigTime’s continued growth and market expansion.

Sublett most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of IBM, leading 7,500 professionals globally and overseeing a multi-billion-dollar P&L. Prior to that, at National Instruments (NI), she became the company’s first CMO, spearheading a major rebrand and revitalizing its go-to-market approach. Sublett also spent 15 years at Dell in senior sales, marketing, and business development roles, launching new businesses in emerging markets and modernizing inside sales operations.

Piñeyro Sublett’s role was sourced through the external board program operated by Vista Equity Partners, a global technology investor that specializes in enterprise software and investor in BigTime. Launched in 2017, the board program leverages Vista’s ecosystem and additional resources to identify, train, and appoint qualified board candidates for its portfolio companies. The program works to create a pipeline of highly talented board candidates through programs and partnerships that will drive results for the corporate world at large.
