Amir Ameri joins Industrial Commerce leader Inxeption as chief financial officer

Supply Chain as a Service startup adds financial leader with illustrious Silicon Valley career.

Inxeption, the leader in Industrial Commerce and supply chain digitization, is pleased to announce it is expanding its executive team with the addition of Amir Ameri, who joins the company as chief financial officer.

Reporting to CEO and co-founder Farzad Dibachi, Ameri will be responsible for leading corporate finance and accounting as well as overseeing human resources and legal functions across the Supply Chain as a Service startup.

With Amir at Inxeption, we can now look forward to the next natural financial steps as a substantial company.

Ameri has had an illustrious career in Silicon Valley for more than 30 years. He comes to Inxeption from database infrastructure company MariaDB, where he served as CFO and was instrumental in the company’s agreement to merge with Angel Pond, an SPAC. Ameri has been the CFO at numerous companies including CollabNet/VersionOne, EnergyConnect and Precise Software Solutions.
