Two strategic leadership appointments usher in the next chapter of 6sense as the GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era
6sense®, the GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era, announced the appointment of Micki Howl as Chief Revenue Officer and the promotion of Krystal Ziegler to General Counsel. Together, these appointments reflect the company’s continued investment in world-class leadership across every dimension of the business as 6sense accelerates its position as the definitive GTM Intelligence Platform for B2B revenue teams.
Howl brings significant experience building and scaling organizations in fast-moving technology environments, with deep expertise in how marketing and revenue functions intersect — a perspective that positions her uniquely to lead GTM as an integrated, intelligence-driven discipline.
In this role, Howl will lead Global Customer Operations — a unified GTM organization accountable for the full arc of every customer relationship, spanning Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, and Revenue Strategy. The consolidation of these functions under single leadership ensures that every customer — from onboarding through expansion — experiences the same connected, intelligence-driven partnership that 6sense is built to deliver.

Howl joins 6sense from Marigold, where she oversaw a $400M+ recurring software business serving more than 40,000 customers worldwide, including household names in the food and beverage, airline, and financial sectors. There, she built a unified organization focused on delivering consistent, high-quality customer outcomes at scale — work that directly preceded the successful acquisition of the Marigold Enterprise business by Zeta Global. A builder of systems and people, her approach is consistent regardless of the challenge: get close to the customer, create the conditions for their success, and build the teams empowered to deliver it.

Ziegler’s promotion to General Counsel reflects the depth of leadership that has taken root at 6sense. Having joined in 2019 as one of the company’s first legal hires, she has grown alongside the business into a trusted advisor across every function with responsibility spanning enterprise, privacy, product, corporate, employment, and beyond. Ziegler will now lead the team she helped build. It is the kind of internal progression that signals organizational maturity and a culture where talent is developed, not just acquired.
“Micki is exactly the revenue leader this moment calls for with her industry depth, operational discipline, and genuine customer-first instinct,” said Chris Ball, CEO at 6sense. “And in Krystal, we have a legal leader who knows this business as well as anyone — and is now positioned to help protect and accelerate everything we’re building for our customers and the market. These are the moves of a company that sees where the market is going and is building the team to win it.”
Over the past year, 6sense has made significant, intentional investments in leadership across the organization — in marketing and in product, in information security and in people, and now in sales and legal. As 6sense enters its next chapter as the GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era, these appointments signal the company’s commitment to surrounding every dimension of the business with leaders who are as invested in the mission as they are prepared to execute it.
