In 2022, Verint and Zoom launched two technology integrations to help organizations meet rising customer expectations and elevate customer experiences. Verint Compliance Recording was integrated with Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings to help businesses capture, archive, analyze, retrieve and ensure compliance for customer interactions. The Verint and Zoom partnership was expanded through the integration of Verint’s open platform to Zoom Contact Center and its rich set of APIs to deliver workforce engagement and improve employee experience and performance among the contact center, back-office and branch teams.
