The LinkedIn Talent Awards were held virtually on November 16, 2021, and are data-driven awards, that celebrate organizations worldwide that have shown adaptability, innovation, and creativity in talent.

Varicent prides itself on being a supportive, diverse, and inclusive environment, where every voice is heard. Over the last 18 months, Varicent has actively engaged employees through surveys, focus groups and more to drive change, shape corporate culture and implement programs that benefit each team member.

Using employee feedback, Varicent has developed many internal initiatives that improve employee engagement and wellbeing. Varicent employees emphasized the importance strengthening community ties, creating more opportunities for diversity within the technology sector, and personal and professional growth.

Initiatives that were created from employees wants include ending the workday at 2 p.m. on Fridays, having no internal meetings on Wednesdays, and access to virtual health care and mental health resources. Varicent launched the EDGE Scholarship program, Women’s Growth Circles, and hosts quarterly giving campaigns to better serve the communities we live, work and sell in.
