Seismic, the industry-leading sales enablement platform provider, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021.

The honor from Inc. follows a tremendous period of company growth for Seismic, which opened three new offices over the past year and surpassed more than 1,000 global employees. In addition to the 2021 ranking, Seismic was also named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list in 2020, 2018 and 2017.

“We would like to thank Inc. magazine for recognizing Seismic as a ‘Best Workplace’ in 2021,” said Nicole McGuire, Vice President, People Operations at Seismic. “The past year has presented all organizations with numerous challenges. We couldn’t be prouder of how the Seismic team rallied, worked closely together and supported one another, as well as our customers, while we collectively adapted to evolving business conditions. Being recognized on the Best Workplaces list is an honor and reinforces we’re on the right path to becoming an even better place to work.”

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”

Along with Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, Seismic was recently named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2021 and Boston Business Journal’s 2021 Best Places to Work.
