Open Sky Group Celebrates Successful Go-Live of Cloud-Based Warehouse and Labor Management Systems

Open Sky Group, a global leader in supply chain execution solutions, is proud to announce the successful Go-Live of a new cloud-based Warehouse Management (WMS) and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) system for a major North American distributor. This milestone deployment marks the beginning of a broader digital transformation journey designed to enhance efficiency, scalability, and real-time visibility across the organization’s distribution network.

The inaugural implementation took place at a large, multi-business-unit distribution facility, representing the first step in rolling out modern warehouse solutions across the company’s network. The project sets a strong foundation for future growth, operational excellence, and improved customer fulfillment.

Open Sky Group’s leadership and expertise were instrumental in ensuring success. The initiative began with the Envision Phase in 2023, followed by solution design in 2024, and culminated in today’s highly successful Go-Live. According to project leadership, the deployment ranked among the top 10% of Go-Lives in terms of overall success and system stability.

Looking ahead, additional facilities are expected to adopt the new systems, further strengthening the organization’s distribution capabilities and positioning it for long-term growth.
