McAdam Wins a 2018 Stevie® “Customer Service Department of the Year” Award
McAdam, a financial services firm headquartered in Philadelphia, received a Bronze Stevie® Award for the 2018 “Customer Service Department of the Year.” This year is the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and McAdam’s first Stevie Award.
McAdam financial advisors emphasize planning centric client service models which, experience has shown the firm, positively contributes to client satisfaction. By focusing both clients and advisors around clear goals and priorities, advice is custom tailored to client needs and progress is documented through the comprehensive financial planning process.
Many clients prefer the personalized service that comes with the dedicated advisor model and appreciate having a single point of contact over competing approaches. Performing client service provides advisors an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the client and strengthen the relationship, creating mutual alignment.
McAdam has a strong back-office, built and tightly integrated to support the needs of both advisors and clients. The formal Training and Mentorship program plays a critical role in preparing advisors to provide a high standard of excellence in client service.
“It is gratifying for our firm that the quality of service provided by our advisors and staff, work we see firsthand every day, has been recognized by the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Client satisfaction and retention are a must in order to sustain growth in our industry and our advisors are keenly aware of this,” stated Michael McAdam, Chief Executive Officer.
More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
“All of our Stevie Award winners should be proud of their achievements. Independent professionals around the world have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of our public recognition,” said Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher.
