Insight Enterprises, an industry-recognized solutions integrator helping clients accelerate their digital journey, this Friday from noon to 1:30 pm PT will host Women In Cloud’s #WICxFortune100 Lunch & Learn, a virtual networking experience introducing female IT professionals and entrepreneurs of cloud-based companies to technology business builders.

Attendees will learn how Insight works with partners to integrate hardware, software and services into transformative solutions helping clients manage the complexity of the technology landscape; understand Insight’s company culture; and gain access to decision makers and procurement officers.

Insight’s presentations will include:

  • A Leadership PowerTalk by Sarah Mpenza, manager of diversity, leadership and talent management, on how the company prepares women to step into management roles.
  • A panel discussion with Melissa Smith, vice president of talent acquisition, and Jennifer Marks, senior program manager of Insight’s Supplier Diversity Program Office, on how Insight cultivates diverse talent and forges partnerships with businesses owned by women, minorities, veterans and people with disabilities.
  • A roundtable on the most sought-after technical and business careers at Insight, led by recruitment leaders Elana Kalinsky, Mikala Peterson, Melissa Fowler, Monica Rodriguez and Dan Walsh.
