Global Oracle partner Inoapps announced a slate of new launches at Oracle Cloud World 2022. From dedicated, industry-specific cloud solutions and a focused growth offering, to innovations based on the Oracle Application Express (APEX), Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle ME (my experience) platforms, as well as significant advancements in how to optimize your Oracle technical infrastructure, Inoapps has unveiled a compelling set of advances that will provide significant enhancements for customers and the wider Oracle ecosystem. With a range of offerings based on themes of Business Transformation, Technology Optimization and Continuous Innovation, Inoapps will be on-site throughout the event in Las Vegas, based out of Booth #204 in the South Loop.

Inoapps Industry Clouds

Inoapps’ first announcement is the launch of six industry-specific clouds spanning the energy, engineering and construction, manufacturing, professional services, higher education and public sector verticals. Inoapps Industry Clouds combine deep domain expertise with industry-specific extensions, accelerators, best practices and adoption support. Drawing on Inoapps’ investments in toolsets that help accelerate the move to Oracle Cloud, Inoapps Industry Clouds deliver industry specific business processes built on Oracle Modern Best practices, enabling customers to more effectively adopt Oracle Cloud.

Fiona Martin, EMEA Managing Director and Senior Vice-President Applications for Inoapps, explains: “It is no secret that many industries are looking to accelerate and expand their use of cloud applications. Inoapps Industry Clouds will support and extend the vertical capabilities within Oracle software to accelerate this uptake and deliver transformative results faster and more cost-effectively.”

“It is no secret that many industries are looking to accelerate and expand their use of cloud applications. Inoapps Cloud Growth Accelerator

Recognizing the need for a dedicated offering for companies focusing on growth, whether in revenue, margin, capability or geography, Inoapps has also launched Inoapps Cloud Growth Accelerator. This templated solution delivers specific process improvements throughout the Finance, HR, and Purchasing functions, for companies looking to deploy capability to support growth. Combining streamlined processes and a proven implementation methodology, the Inoapps Cloud Growth Accelerator takes an outcome-based approach to rapid business transformation.

Fiona Martin continues: “No one implements an ERP system without good reasons. The faster that a business can derive value and return on investment, see better processes in action, and then accelerate and expand innovation, the better. The good news is that with Inoapps Cloud Growth Accelerator a lot of the steps towards these objectives are standardized and can be done quickly with no risk or disruption. This presents a huge opportunity for high-growth companies to extend their lead in markets whilst their competition tries to deliver idiosyncratic digital transformation strategies that cause frustration and delay.”

Oracle Asset Optimization

Inoapps has also launched Oracle Asset Optimization, a unique offering that delivers a comprehensive assessment of an Oracle technology infrastructure estate, providing a roadmap to an optimized total cost of ownership (TCO). This not only helps to overcome the concerns of companies to move the infrastructure they rely on into the cloud, but also offers customers migrating to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) an opportunity to optimize their Oracle estate and reduce the management burden. The service focuses on quantifiable cost reductions that provide direct business value, with Inoapps’ Software Asset Management enabling ongoing management and spend optimization.

James Anthony, Chief Technology Officer for Inoapps, explained: “Oracle technology estates can commonly become sprawling, intricate and costly. With large amounts of hardware and software procured over time, an ever-changing licensing and product landscape, and the varying usage, implementation, and strategic direction of different customers, it is easy to understand where this complexity arises. Inoapps’ Oracle Asset Optimization combines analysis of both the contractual, licensing, and technical aspects of an estate to deliver ongoing analysis highlighting potential changes, areas of concern, and how to best manage the inventory of software, support, and cloud subscriptions. It not only turns the light back on but shows businesses how they can make best use of what they see.”

Inoapps SaaS Extensions Accelerator

Continuing this theme of optimization, Inoapps has also launched a new SaaS Extensions Accelerator to enable organizations to deliver industry solutions and custom extensions using Oracle Application Express (APEX) and Visual Builder (VB) development. Using this accelerator architecture Inoapps can deliver high quality SaaS extensions to meet unique industry requirements and business needs at better quality, with reuse of tried and tested components, and at a lower cost. These pre-built frameworks provide the building blocks to accelerate development and see quicker time to value. Previous project successes have demonstrated that using our accelerator framework enables Inoapps to successfully deliver custom extensions four times quicker than using a traditional ‘waterfall’ methodology.

Dermot Murray, Vice President of Technology for Inoapps, explained: “Working with our customers we have found that as larger and more complex businesses move to the Cloud, they have trouble ensuring that the distinct needs of their industry and organization are delivered. The need for a quick effective, safe and future-proof way to extend their Cloud ERP is becoming increasingly important. We’ve seen a real gathering of momentum around this need for custom processes. Inoapps’ SaaS Extensions Accelerator opens the possibilities of low-code development throughout a business, driving even more return on investment throughout different departments by allowing them to really address the differentiators in their organizations.”

Inoapps My Contractor Experience

Building on the Oracle ME (my experience) platform, Inoapps has also unveiled Inoapps My Contractor Experience (MCE), a new employee-centric HR solution for organizations that have a high volume of contractors such as those in the Professional Services, Engineering and Construction and Healthcare sectors. Focusing on the establishment of contractor-specific processes, Inoapps MCE is open to all Oracle HCM users and utilizes Oracle ME to manage the full lifecycle of the Contractor Employment, combining recruitment, onboarding, ongoing administration and offboarding of contractors. It captures their expertise to drive knowledge transfer and a trusted contractor rating for future engagements. In recognition of the innovation behind Inoapps My Contractor Experience, it has been nominated for an Oracle ME HCM Award for the Oracle ME Employee Experience Partner Contest at Oracle CloudWorld.

Debra Lilley, Senior Vice-President Growth and Excellence at Inoapps, explains: “We are incredibly excited to showcase Inoapps My Contractor Experience at Oracle CloudWorld. The solution addresses the common issues found in industries with high volumes of contingent workers. Better engagement with contractors means they are happier, more satisfied, and easier to retain, whilst processes are more efficient, with less risk of error and an improved knowledge transfer. This is another example of how Inoapps helps customers continually innovate and deliver better business outcomes with Oracle Cloud.”

Elsewhere Andy Bird, Inoapps CEO and Lyle Ekdhal, board member for Inoapps, will be on stage at Cloud World discussing the fast-growing world of Oracle Cloud and the plethora of options that can sometimes be overwhelming. These sessions will focus on how you work out what path and roadmap is right for you, and explore what businesses can do to realize transformation, optimization, and innovation whether adopting Oracle cloud infrastructure and applications in targeted areas, or across your whole enterprise. This “peek behind the curtain” on how an SI like Inoapps helps advise customers will be held at 5:15-6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 18th.

Andy Bird, CEO Inoapps, said: “As businesses continue to grasp the challenges of increased competition, challenging economic conditions and a need to proactively shape the future of their industries, cloud-based innovation has emerged as a vital tool to help them transform their organization, optimize their technology, and innovate. As a leading partner, we have developed a range of offerings that mean businesses can make the most of their current and future Oracle investment to outpace these changes, dominate the competition and lead their markets.”
