In his new role David will build and lead the revenue team – including direct sales, strategic alliances and partnerships, customer experience and success, and marketing. During 2017 Efficient Forms was recapitalized with investment from Housatonic Partners, focused on developing this revenue team to take the company to the next level of growth and expansion. As part of this evolution, David will be targeting new vertical markets, additional segments within existing markets, updated marketing strategies, modernized technology, and customer success programs to enrich the Efficient Forms’ customer experience.
