Nominations based on data collected from over 270,000 authentic customer reviews
Copper, the Google-recommended CRM for today’s digital workplace, has been recognized by G2 Crowd as a best software product of 2019 in two categories. Copper earned a spot in G2 Crowd’s Top 50 Products for Small Business 2019 as well as Best Products for Sales 2019.
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at Copper and we consider their feedback an essential step in helping us build our product,” said Morgan Norman, chief marketing officer at Copper. “We had some major milestones in 2018, including a company-wide rebrand, and we are thrilled to see those efforts shine through in the happiness of our customers.”

Customer relationships are changing and traditional CRMs are holding relationship-makers back. Copper understands the needs of its customers and operates directly within productivity suites, like G Suite, so that small businesses and sales professionals can focus on relationships, rather than manual data entry and administrative tasks.
“This is no subjective list decided by a few people giving their opinions,” Godard Abel, CEO of G2 Crowd, said. “With the highest traffic and engagement, largest selection of products and services, and highest quality data, G2 Crowd is able to harness more than four million data points to determine which products and companies are doing the best job of helping businesses reach their potential.”
