Second Annual Consumer Survey from Convey Reveals Shifting Attitudes Towards Amazon Spurred By COVID-19 Pandemic

Convey, the leading active delivery platform, announced strong company momentum, including a 300 percent year-over-year increase in annual run rate, and 4X growth in platform users. With plans to double its headcount by the end of the year, Convey announced four key additions to its executive team and moved into newly expanded headquarters in the historic Hannig Row Building in downtown Austin, Texas.

Convey’s new executive hires include —

  • Kirsten Newbold-Knipp, VP & CMO — Newbold-Knipp has more than 15 years of senior marketing leadership experience at Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups, including HubSpot, SolarWinds and BigCommerce. Most recently she was the Research vice president at Gartner, where she advised CMOs on refining strategy, organization and martech priorities. Kirsten will oversee Convey’s corporate brand and messaging initiatives while scaling marketing support for the repeatable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Michael Miller, VP, Channels and Alliances — Miller is a market penetration expert with demonstrated success driving growth and building market share in highly complex and competitive business climates. He has spent two decades in strategic business development roles at leading tech companies large and small, including more than 10 years in multiple positions at Dell. Michael will expand Convey’s market reach and scope through strategic partnerships with carriers, consultancies, and the broader supply chain ecosystem.
  • Kellie O’Malley, Director, People Operations & Experience — O’Malley is a seasoned Operations and HR executive with extensive high-tech experience, specializing in building a culture for startups and growing sales and engineering teams. She has spent more than 15 years in senior HR, recruiting and operations roles at BlackLocus, Vast, Dell, Lombardi, Trilogy, and others. Kellie will champion Convey’s corporate culture while ensuring successful growth of the company’s operations and recruiting efforts.
  • John Lebowitz, Senior Advisor — Lebowitz has deep executive and supply chain experience, having held roles as vice president of global supply chain operations for medical device manufacturer Stryker; and as executive director for logistics and global trade at Dell. He will work with Convey business development executives to accelerate go-to-market strategy and support channel partner efforts and other areas of the business as needed.
