Bigtincan Delivers on Unified Sales Learning, Coaching and Onboarding Platform with Fall Release

The sales enablement provider adds video coaching, chatbot support and enriched adaptive intelligence capabilities to the Bigtincan Hub

Bigtincan, the leader in mobile, AI-powered sales enablement automation, today announced enhanced learning and training offerings as part of its Fall 2018 platform update. Following the acquisition of micro-learning company Zunos in June, this platform update fully integrates the learning experience as part of the Bigtincan Hub, seamlessly blending sales training, learning and coaching content in a central application.

“Workforce training and development is critical for organizations today, especially when it comes to strengthening employee retention and ultimately empowering sales teams to drive ROI,” said David Keane, Co-founder and CEO of Bigtincan. “With these learning platform enhancements, Bigtincan is combining Zunos’ mobile-first, learning and onboarding with its AI-powered, sales enablement platform to create a comprehensive learning experience. This blended approach arms sales teams with the skills and trainings needed to drive performance in the digital era.”

Beyond the learning enhancements, the Bigtincan Hub saw several additional updates as part of the Fall 2018 release, including:

  • HubShare Console for Windows & iOS, allowing sales users to see how content they send out into the world is being used by the recipients that are interacting with it, right on their mobile device.
  • HubShare Portal redesign, offering users a new interface design that puts the file view front and center. A configurable footer text block allows customers to insert privacy statements, GDPR policies or anything they want recipients to be aware of when viewing content that’s been shared from the platform.
  • New Reporting Dashboards, that allow sales reps to track user adoption and engagement. Marketing and sales managers can now measure how published content is performing at a glance, both by internal sales representations, as well as how it is resonating with customers and prospects.
  • Enhancements to AI Powered Recommendation Capabilities, inside Bigtincan Hub, The Bigtincan Salesforce.com AppExchange system and Microsoft Outlook Add-in.
