Former Google Senior Counsel Mohit Kalra Now General Counsel of Numerator

Numerator, an industry leader in consumer buying behavior, announced on Thursday that Mohit Kalra has joined as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. Kalra will lead all aspects of the company’s legal strategy, including the company’s commitment to remain at the forefront of transparent, equitable consumer data collection.

Kalra joins Numerator from Google where he spent over 13 years focused on intellectual property, commercial agreements and data privacy. Kalra began his legal career at Mayer Brown where he worked on mergers & acquisitions and securities offerings for a broad range of clients. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
