ExecVision Launches a Chrome Extension, Enabling Organizations to Easily Record, Analyze & Coach Customer-Facing Web Conferences
Allows Users the Option to Record Screen Shares, Unlike Bots Used by Other Providers Which Auto-Record Conversations
ExecVision, the only conversation intelligence platform that helps organizations close the Insights-to-Performance Gap, today announced the release of its Chrome Extension, which gives customers an alternate way to record scheduled or unscheduled web conferences from Zoom, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, Webex, Join.Me and UberConference, add them to the ExecVision platform, and mine those conversations for critical insights to improve their team’s performance. It is the first conversation intelligence platform to build a Chrome Extension for this purpose, and requires no technical assistance for implementation.
To leverage this functionality, users can download the Extension through the Chrome Web Store, which is then activated at the start of every web conference. Upon activation, users are offered the option of recording that particular conversation. This is in stark contrast to other conversation intelligence platforms where bot technology is automatically launched without prompts or reminders that the conference will be recorded and analyzed. Additionally, ExecVision’s Chrome Extension is not displayed as an additional participant in the web conference, unlike with bots, which may cause confusion and be considered intrusive to meeting attendees.

“Web conferences are a critical part of many organizations’ customer communications strategies, so we are thrilled to expand our capabilities in this area and offer our customers an easier way to analyze these conversations for key insights on team performance and skill gaps,” said David Stillman, CEO and Co-Founder of ExecVision. He continued, “We made a strategic decision to develop a Chrome Extension rather than a bot in order to respect our customers’ privacy and preferences when it comes to call recording, as this is often a sensitive area for sales teams and customers alike.”
ExecVision’s Chrome Extension is a part of the company’s strategy to become an omnichannel conversation intelligence platform, enabling leaders to leverage customer conversations across all communication modalities to drive human behavior change and impact business results.
