In the Frost Radar™: North American UCaaS Market 2021, only 31 of 125 UCaaS providers were selected for their growth and innovation leadership, based on their technology development roadmaps and effective go-to-market strategies.

“Windstream Enterprise is leveraging a proprietary platform to offer a robust, feature-rich UCaaS solution that differentiates it from others competing in the space,” said Elka Popova, vice president of Connected Work Research, Frost & Sullivan.

The report further claims that enterprises will be more likely to choose Windstream Enterprise’s UCaaS solution as a result of its “no risk” WE will Commitment, which demonstrates the company’s pledge to customer value through high service availability, free professional services, locked-in prices for the contract duration and satisfaction guarantees.

“The experts at Frost & Sullivan confirm that our UCaaS technology is among the industry’s most successful, and that our unrivaled service guarantees will continue to drive accelerated adoption of this platform,” said Austin Herrington, vice president, product management for Windstream Enterprise. “In 2022, we plan to further expand our UCaaS presence in mid-market and enterprise companies and reinforce unified communications and collaboration as an integral part of an organization’s digital transformation strategy.”

“The definition of ‘workplace’ has forever changed, and enterprises must now support on-site, hybrid and fully remote employees,” said Layne Levine, president, Windstream Enterprise. “Our technology is poised to deliver a superior and engaging employee and customer experience and support every organization as they navigate this changing business environment—and our service guarantees are second-to-none. We’re gratified that Frost & Sullivan recognized our strong position in the industry.”
