Relatient Expands Leadership Team with Key Sales, Marketing, and Operations Executives
Following Radix merger and $100M fundraise, Relatient adds new leadership to drive growth of its market-leading patient scheduling and engagement platform
Relatient, the leading SaaS-based patient scheduling and engagement company, today announces the addition of three new executives tapped to drive the growth of its award-winning Dash platform. The strategic expansion of the executive team includes Craig McCoy as Chief Growth Officer, Emily Tyson as Chief Operating Officer, and Josh Byrd as VP of Marketing. A new era of healthcare has made Relatient’s solutions more critical than ever for both providers and patients, and adding McCoy, Tyson and Byrd to the leadership team signals the company’s expansion and focus on innovation.
“Craig, Emily and Josh are all joining our team during a transformative period for both our organization and the healthcare industry at large”
As chief growth officer, McCoy will lead the strategic growth of Relatient’s best-in-class healthcare platform, Dash, aiming to provide better outcomes for the entire healthcare ecosystem. He has built successful commercial teams at GE, RelayHealth, McKesson and Ciox Health. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare space, McCoy has a proven track record of growing and leading teams to consistently attain booking across providers, enterprise health systems, channel partners and payers.
Tyson will leverage her expertise in driving high-growth healthcare organizations as chief operating officer at Relatient. At Radix Health, Tyson led operations and drove the company’s efforts to scale its technology delivery model while maintaining a flexible operating structure and client-first culture. She also spearheaded the effort to bring Radix and Relatient together as the two businesses merged last fall, leaning on experience from merger integrations with naviHealth and athenahealthNow. Tyson’s leadership will accelerate Relatient’s evolution of its implementation, client engagement, and support models for the combined organization.
An experienced growth marketing leader with a focus on demand generation, Byrd will drive Relatient’s revenue growth, thought leadership, and brand awareness through data-driven marketing and communication strategies. He has proven success in building growth-oriented teams and creating brand value across the healthcare technology landscape with organizations that include Patientco, Juvare, and Savista (nThrive). Leaning on this experience, Byrd will help propel Relatient along its exponential growth path.
“Craig, Emily and Josh are all joining our team during a transformative period for both our organization and the healthcare industry at large,” said Jeff Gartland, CEO, Relatient. “Our mission at Relatient is to optimize accessibility and engagement between providers and patients. To meet this challenge and share our Dash platform with more providers and patients, we need the best team possible. We now have the experience and expertise to not only accomplish that goal, but to drive greater innovations that support and improve the patient journey in healthcare.”
