John Chambers, Former Executive Chairman and CEO of Cisco Systems, Joins Cloudleaf as Strategic Advisor, Investor, and Mentor
Cloudleaf announced that John Chambers has joined the company as a strategic advisor and investor. Chambers will mentor the Cloudleaf executive team, including CEO Mahesh Veerina, providing strategic direction and counsel on growth, digital innovation, and company culture.
As the founder and CEO of the purpose-driven venture firm JC2 Ventures, Chambers helps disruptive startups from around the world, like Cloudleaf, build and scale effectively. Prior to founding JC2 Ventures in January 2018, Chambers served as the Executive Chairman and CEO at Cisco Systems, where he helped grow the company’s revenues from $70 million to $47 billion during his 20+ year tenure leading the global technology giant.
