Evergage, The 1-to-1 Platform company, announced the appointment of Laura Saati as vice president of customer success (CS) for Evergage’s retail practice. With more than two decades of experience as a business leader and marketing strategist, Saati will lead program planning and execution across Evergage’s retail vertical, and oversee Evergage’s retail-focused CS staff – ensuring Evergage clients derive maximum benefits from their personalization and customer data platform (CDP) investments.

Formerly senior vice president for client services at Zeta Global, Saati oversaw account management, strategy, analytics and creative functions at the data-driven marketing technology company. She also previously served as vice president for strategic marketing services at digital marketing agency 89 Degrees (now Iris Concise), vice president of the retail practice at e-Dialog and vice president of account services at Harte Hanks.
Saati joins Evergage during a period of strong momentum for the company. Evergage recently announced revenue growth of more than 50% over FY17, along with new, leading customers across industries. In addition to the “Best E-Commerce Solution” CODiE honors, Evergage was recognized as “Best CDP” in the 2018 MarTech Breakthrough Awards.
