Continuum Global Solutions Names Cynthia Ledlow Chief Operating Officer

Continuum Global Solutions, a global customer care provider, announced that Cynthia Ledlow has joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer.

Ledlow was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Ontellus, a leading Medical Records Retrieval BPO business in the U.S., where she orchestrated significant operational improvements and integrated four acquisitions into a recognized U.S. brand. Ledlow implemented operational and organic sales strategies that grew annual revenue by double-digits and drove the company’s profitability by more than 20 percent.

Before Ontellus, Ledlow was Senior Vice President of Operations and Customer Management for TELUS International, a subsidiary of TELUS Communications. Ledlow integrated multiple international acquisitions into a single focused global organization, which increased annual revenue by more than 20 percent, doubled the number of employees globally and helped achieve a $1 Billion valuation in 2016.

Previously, Ledlow held senior-level sales and operations positions at ACS; Genpact, Inc.; ISKY BPO; Broadlink Communications; American Tower; and Siemens Telecom Networks.
