Checkbox Survey Users Can Now Improve Survey Response Rates with Rewards from Rybbon

Checkbox Survey, Inc., provider of enterprise survey software solutions since 2002, announced that they have entered into a partnership agreement with leading digital incentives and rewards platform, Rybbon. The partnership will give Checkbox users the opportunity to seamlessly add digital rewards and incentives to their surveys through Rybbon.

Prior to the partnership with Rybbon, Checkbox users who wanted to offer rewards or incentives to their survey respondents had to manually add these awards to their survey thank you pages or emails. The integration with Rybbon will allow Checkbox users to set up their own Rybbon account, choose their incentive reward, and redirect completed survey respondents to a customized rewards page to claim their reward.

Checkbox survey creators can choose from numerous types of rewards that are specific to their recipients’ location(s), including retail e-gift cards, virtual prepaid cards, and charitable e-donations. Rewards can be distributed automatically or upon manual approval. For added security, rewards are delivered from the survey creator’s trusted domain and with their brand’s look and feel. Both the email and the reward landing page are completely customizable for trusted delivery, increased goodwill, and maximum respondent retention.
