Alida Named a Leader in G2.com Summer 2022 Grid Reports for Experience Management Software

Alida, a leader in Total Experience Management (TXM), announced it has been recognized by G2, the world’s leading business solutions review website, as a Leader in the Experience Management Software category across the Overall and Mid-Market Grid Report. Alida has also received award badges for “Best Support” and “Easiest to Do Business” in the Mid-Market Relationship Index Report, as well as the “Users Love Us” badge.

G2 recognitions are based on customer satisfaction scores, derived directly from user reviews, and market presence, which includes consideration for seller size and social impact. “Best Support” and “Easiest to Do Business With” badges are awarded based on results from G2’s Mid-Market Relationship Index Report. The “Users Love Us” badge is earned after collecting 20 reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars. Alida has received the “Users Love Us” badge consistently for the last 21 quarters, since Spring 2017.
