Hivestack Appoints Former Samsung Ad Tech Industry Veteran Vlad Stesin As Board Member

Latest addition to the company’s board of directors further supports global expansion.

Hivestack, a global ad tech leader in digital out-of-home (DOOH), announced the appointment of Vlad Stesin as a member of the company’s board of directors. Stesin is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Optable, a next generation data connectivity platform and formerly the Co-Founder and VP Product of AdGear, a digital advertising technology company acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2016 and is now part of Samsung Ads.

While at the helm of AdGear, Stesin was instrumental in defining the strategy and commercialization of new products addressing emerging customer needs and the rapid growth of programmatic media. Prior to AdGear, Vlad founded and led Randomseed, an ad tech company that was acquired by Cossette, where he subsequently led the digital ad technologies business unit. A leader and innovator in digital advertising and technology, Vlad has always made it his mission to bring actionable solutions to a complex, fast-moving ecosystem.

Hivestack recently announced that it has secured $10 million in equity funding by Investissement Québec (IQ) to support its global expansion. Hivestack’s industry leading ad tech is used by marketers around the globe to drive measurable business outcomes at all stages of the consumer sales funnel by activating DOOH inventory programmatically.
