Mr. Gessesse will contribute his significant business and legal expertise to SingleStore, which added the general counsel position to provide more fuel to its already rapidly growing operation.

Henock previously served as general counsel for Freshworks. Prior to that, he was general counsel at Metaswitch. Henock also worked as vice president and deputy general counsel at Broadcom Corp. During his 13 years there, he was responsible for technology transactions, M&A, employment, and IP matters. Henock holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from The University of California-Berkeley and a J.D. from Georgetown Law.
