Sales Readiness Leader Honored as a ‘Customer Service Department of the Year’ for Helping Companies Improve Sales Productivity and Results

Brainshark’s customer care department – made up of implementation, support, training and customer success groups – was honored as a “Customer Service Department of the Year.” This is the seventh consecutive year that Brainshark has been recognized in The American Business Awards – with the company winning more than 20 Stevie Awards for helping customers dramatically improve sales effectiveness.
