Demand Science Group, the parent company of PureB2B, a leading global provider of full-funnel lead and demand generation for B2B technology companies, today announced the addition of two seasoned veterans to its senior executive team.  New Chief Operating Officer Susan Fazelpoor and Senior Vice President of Marketing Monica Sullivan have joined the company as part of Demand Science Group’s (DSG) recently-launched ‘next level’ growth strategy, and closely follow DSG’s appointment of Peter Cannone as CEO, Bill Harrigan as SVP of M&A and Corporate Development, and the acquisition of business intelligence and data sciences firm Cobena.

Throughout her impressive career, Susan has held senior roles such as Chief Operating Officer at ThriveHive, President of Sales Support and Marketing at PC Connection, Inc., Senior Vice President of Customer Care at Microwarehouse, and Vice President Sales Operations at Barnes & Noble. In these positions Susan has had full accountability for marketing, domestic and global sales, procurement and supply chain, product strategy and fulfillment, human resources, training and sales channel enablement, distribution center operations, corporate compliance, systems and technology, sales operations (including project management, analytics, sales development and operations controlling), customer care, technical support, software licensing, repair services, technical and non-technical value added services, and business operations.

With Susan stepping into the COO position, Rich Bibbins, who held the dual title of COO and CTO for the past two years, will dedicate his full attention to his role as the CTO, a move essential to supporting DSG’s ongoing growth.

Monica Sullivan, SVP of Marketing

Monica is a high energy marketing leader with extensive experience building and leading teams and creating capabilities to achieve aggressive objectives in high-growth, dynamic organizations. She is an expert in achieving integrated retention and acquisition marketing results across traditional and digital channels. Monica previously served as SVP of New Media at Gatehouse, where she ran all digital media marketing activities across the company’s 700+ newspapers in over 260 U.S. markets. Additionally, she held senior positions such as Vice President, Acquisition Marketing at Constant Contact, President at d50 Media, Vice President, Corporate Advertising at Caesars Entertainment, Senior Vice President at First Marblehead, and Vice President/Director at Digitas.  Monica will be responsible for marketing and branding across the entire DSG family of companies, and further accelerating DSG’s success across the industries it serves.
