Its ISO auditors independently conducted the audit and inspected ZoomInfo’s information management systems and the controls in scope for the audit.

Conducted by SC&H Attest Services, a Maryland-based advisory firm, the audit confirms that ZoomInfo’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet the rigorous SOC 2 requirements for security, confidentiality, and availability. The SOC 2 Type II certification is one of the most comprehensive evaluations of a company’s information security controls, attesting to the highest security extent possible.

ZoomInfo emphasizes GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) compliance. The company is a registered data broker with the State of California, and it is also Privacy Shield-certified.
