Megan adds deep expertise across the revenue team functions of sales, marketing and customer success. Her focus areas include account based marketing, demand generation, customer experience, marketing strategy and planning, sales enablement, measurement, and marketing and sales alignment. This move will continue to expand Winning by Design’s metrics-based Sales as a Science (SaaS) framework and remote selling approach to customers who want to update their marketing and customer success teams to support a new selling model.
