Red River Earns 2021 Great Place to Work Certification
Red River, a technology transformation company, announced today it has been Certified™ by Great Place to Work. In an anonymous survey, 94% of current Red River employees said the company is a great place to work – 35 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company. Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.

Red River created several new initiatives in 2020 to adapt to a new remote work environment and support employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company implemented an unlimited PTO policy to allow for increased schedule flexibility, created a wellness program that included online fitness classes and offered online tutoring support for children of Red River employees. A new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee was also launched this year.

According to the Great Place to Work survey, 97% of respondents said they felt good about the ways Red River contributes to the community. Red River offers employees paid community service time, donates to charities Red River employees are personally invested in and regularly organizes team volunteer opportunities, including an annual all-day community service project.
