Optii Solutions to Close 2022 as a Record Year

Optii celebrates record revenue growth, expansion of hotel operations platform, and zero loss of existing customers

Optii Solutions, the leading cloud-based hotel operations software, announced that it is set to close out 2022 as an all-time record year for revenue growth, along with key successes in strategic appointments, expansion of its hotel operations platform, and a stellar record for customer retention and feedback.

Optii doubled its annual subscription revenue as a result of strong demand in North America and Europe. In the United States and Canada, Optii saw exponential growth with the addition of marquee customers such as The Ritz-Carlton, Delta Hotels, and Rodd Hotels and Resorts coming to Optii to increase productivity, streamline internal communication, and enhance the overall guest experience.

With travel returning to Europe in the second half of the year, several hotel groups turned to Optii for help in preparing their operations teams for an influx in guests, including Penta Hotels and StayCity Group. Through strategic planning and innovative approaches, StayCity group has already seen significant gains in productivity and improvements across the whole on-property operations.

The launch of Optii’s Preventative Maintenance solution was met with resounding demand across both new and existing customers. The solution rounds out Optii’s hotel operations platform, and brings the same unique productivity gains to hotel engineering and maintenance operations. The company added an additional 94 hotels in December alone to close out the year with record adoption for a new product. Optii ends the year with 42% of its customer base subscribing to two or more of its operations solutions.

Optii completed integrations to several property management systems in the past year, expanding its serviceable market to cover a majority of hotel operators in key markets. With additional integrations underway, Optii’s integrated solution will be available to the bulk of the European hotel market in early 2023.

Additionally, Optii made a series of strategic hires with the addition of CTO, Dino Pietropaolo, Director of Sales – North America, Elizabeth Katusa, Vice President of Sales – EMEA, Maria Macree, and Director of Marketing, Christian Ljungqvist. This, in addition to expanding product and development teams globally. This headcount growth necessitated a new Austin, Texas headquarter that opened earlier in the year.
