Dealpath Raises $43M Series C Led by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital

This round was led by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital (“Expansion Capital”) with participation from notable existing investors including Blackstone, 8VC, JLL, Nasdaq Ventures as well as GreenSoil PropTech Ventures. This funding will be used to accelerate Dealpath’s rapid global expansion, grow the product, sales, customer success and executive leadership capabilities and continue to drive operational excellence to meet the growing needs of their clients. The new capital supports Dealpath’s mission to be where the built world transacts digitally.
