Aderant Appoints Tech Veteran George Seymour as Chief Revenue Officer
Seymour Will Drive Business Development and Sales for Aderant’s Entire Suite of Law Firm Business Technology Products
Aderant®, a global business management software provider for law firms, has announced the selection of technology veteran George Seymour to lead its global sales teams as chief revenue officer (CRO). Seymour steps into the CRO role vacated by Chris Cartrett, Aderant’s new President who is also slated to become CEO in January 2022. Based out of Aderant’s Atlanta headquarters and reporting to Cartrett, Seymour will enhance and execute measurable, aggressive growth objectives for the company.

Aderant Appoints Tech Veteran George Seymour as Chief Revenue Officer
In response to emerging demand from its law firm clients, Aderant is focused on developing more cloud-based software-as-a-service solutions as well as continuing to evolve its on-premise product line. Seymour will provide expertise and global leadership as Aderant continues to explore new opportunities and aims to play a pivotal role in driving business development for Aderant’s extensive range of offerings.

In his role as CRO, Seymour will draw upon his experience as Vice President of North American Sales for Sage Software, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting software provider. Seymour’s legacy of success at Sage includes his expansion of the company’s human capital management (HCM) sector. Prior to his tenure at Sage, Seymour held several other sales leadership positions, most notably as Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Nuance where he was responsible for achieving substantial growth and directed an overhaul of the organization’s go-to-market strategies. He earned an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Eastern Illinois University.
