Moz Adds Two Tech Founders With Digital Marketing Expertise to Board

Co-founder and former CEO, Rand Fishkin, steps down from the Moz board, as Asia Orangio and Tara Reed join, bringing leadership and SaaS expertise

Moz, Inc., the leader in search engine optimization technology, announces the addition of two board members, Asia Orangio and Tara Reed, joining previous members Sarah Bird, CEO of Moz, Michelle Goldberg, general partner at Ignition Partners and Brad Feld, managing director of Foundry Group. Both Orangio and Reed are CEOs and founders of their own companies, with robust experience in the technology, digital marketing and SaaS industry.

Orangio is CEO and Founder of DemandMaven, a SaaS mentor for both GrowthMentor and TinySeed, as well as an advisor of Atlanta Tech Village. Orangio has built a career out of defining go-to-market strategies, crafting data-driven approaches to growth and implementing winning marketing strategies.

Reed is the CEO of Apps Without Code, an online school teaching people how to build their own profitable apps, without any coding knowledge. She is a TEDx speaker and previously led marketing initiatives at Google, Foursquare and Microsoft.
