Crystalead Upgrades Services, Now Offers Live Chat Support
Acclaimed digital marketing platform Crystalead has announced a recent upgrade to services given on the company’s website. Among the new features, available to all registered clients, is a live on-site chat support service. This joins Crystalead’s other channels of communication accessible to everyone using the website, such as email and direct messaging.

Jonathan Greenwood, spokesperson of Crystalead, explains this move: “We had one main goal as part of this upgrade we’ve been undergoing, and it was to increase client comfort with our platform. Now, registered users do not need to wait for one of our representatives to be available to reply. Quite the opposite, our representatives are always ready and waiting for any client approaching them with any issue that may come up.”
As part of this upgrade, the company also took steps to speed up the platform’s mechanism, so as to be prepared for a projected continued rise in user activity in 2021. “We’ve seen the soar in demand for our services toward the end of 2020, and while our servers are fast enough to accommodate all of the transactions currently underway on our platform, we’re not going to sit and wait until it becomes too much for the system to process,” added Greenwood.

Big changes are coming in 2021
The past year and its circumstances have awakened a long-existing but muted need for a change in the employment market.
