UJET Takes Overall Best of Enterprise Connect 2022 Award; Winners Announced in Four Other Categories

Enterprise Connect, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and collaboration, announced that UJET was awarded the 2022 Overall Best of Enterprise Connect award for CX Intercloud, a new product that advances application redundancy for UJET’s contact center platform running across multiple public clouds. Enterprise Connect also announced winners for its four Category Awards: Best Innovation in Customer Experience; Most Innovative Use of AI; Best Innovation for Virtual Meetings; and Best Innovation for Meeting Rooms.

  • Zoom: Zoom Events, an all-in-one platform for creating a wide range of interactive and immersive virtual events to reach and engage audiences of any size.

Winner:

  • Thrio: ThrioRedact, a new AI-powered data loss prevention capability to help reduce the risk of personally identifiable information falling into the wrong hands.

Best Innovation for Virtual Meetings

Winners (tie)

  • BlueJeans by Verizon: BlueJeans Studio, which brings professional-grade production tools to BlueJeans Events, giving organizations and creators the ability to easily produce TV-quality live streams.
  • Vonage: For a product to be announced next month.
