The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued Fuze U.S. Patent No. 10616369 on April 7, 2020. The invention uses machine learning to analyze live user data and historical communication patterns to inform predictive models that can quickly direct incoming communication requests from customers or internal employees. This provides organizations with greater insight into how to enhance and efficiently facilitate communication experiences, including how to best structure and manage resources to meet workflow demands.
