Affinity Acquires Nudge.ai to Boost Relationship Intelligence for Sales Professionals

New Relationship Intelligence product for sales teams due out later this year; Affinity expands to open Canadian office

Affinity, the leading relationship intelligence platform, announced today the acquisition of Nudge.ai, a revenue intelligence platform designed to build relationships and grow sales. Affinity will acquire the Nudge.ai technology as well as the company’s Intellectual Property and the majority of its product and engineering team. This will enable Affinity to accelerate its new relationship intelligence product geared towards sales teams, which is due out later this year.

Founded in 2014 and based in Toronto, Canada, Nudge.ai is a relationship intelligence platform designed to help sales professionals access new accounts, analyze deal risk, measure account health and more. Tens of thousands of B2B sales representatives rely on Nudge.ai to find and nurture relationships in order to generate and accelerate their pipeline.

This acquisition will propel Affinity into opening its first international office in Toronto, Canada, where it plans to continue to expand operations and grow its technical team. Nudge.ai founders Paul Teshima and Steve Woods will join Affinity as advisors.
