“Creating diverse pipelines of talent is of fundamental importance to everything we do at Revolent. Not only does it benefit our clients to have diversity in their teams, but it allows those from typically underrepresented groups to access the amazing opportunities a career in Salesforce provides.”
The expansion marks an exciting time for Revolent. The growing company has high expectations for their operations in Canada, having expanded from the UK and US into Australia during 2020, in the height of the pandemic, with resounding success.
Simon Maskrey, Senior Trailhead Global Strategic Partner Manager at Salesforce said, “Addressing the skills gap is of critical importance for both global economic recovery and long-term sustainable growth, which is why we are delighted to see Revolent expand into Canada. Through their careers program they not only help businesses access much needed net-new Salesforce talent, but they also provide fantastic career development and progression for people who are looking to become the next generation of Salesforce Trailblazers.”

“I’m delighted to start working with Canada’s leading tech companies and to begin tapping into the huge wealth of talent available in the region. I can’t wait to see our first Canadian cohort cross-train into Salesforce and launch their careers in the most exciting ecosystem in the world,” said President of Revolent, Nabila Salem.
“At Revolent we have experienced unbelievable growth so far in the UK, US and Australia, helping some of the biggest system integrators and Salesforce customers in the world build their talent pipelines. We’re excited to bring that same support to organizations in Canada, who we know are eager to access the kind of talent we are able to create.”
Revolent’s model of cross training a diverse range of candidates into emerging technologies will be especially beneficial to the Canadian market which, historically, has experienced a persistent skills gap that has compounded over time.
In Salem’s words: “Creating diverse pipelines of talent is of fundamental importance to everything we do at Revolent. Not only does it benefit our clients to have diversity in their teams, but it allows those from typically underrepresented groups to access the amazing opportunities a career in Salesforce provides.”
