Former CFO of MuleSoft and AppDirect to Drive Next Stage of Growth at Invoca

Invoca, the leader in AI-powered call tracking and conversational analytics, announced that Michael DiFilippo has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. The new addition to the executive team follows the company announcing a $56 million round of financing in late 2019.

“As Invoca enters our next stage of growth, we are excited to have a new CFO guide our strategy and scale operations,” said Gregg Johnson, CEO of Invoca. “Michael brings deep SaaS expertise to Invoca, with over 30 years of finance experience. He has a proven track record with high growth private companies like MuleSoft (pre-IPO) and AppDirect, as well as more mature, public companies like Citrix.”

DiFilippo added, “Invoca is an innovative leader in marketing technology and conversational analytics, and has an amazing set of customers like DISH Network, University Hospitals, and SunTrust Bank (now Truist). Magazine Best Workplace.” DiFilippo will lead the finance team, along with operational teams in legal, business systems, facilities, and IT.
