Congratulations to Astrid Hussonnois, @LeanDNA’s Customer Success Manager, on being name a 2021 Women in Supply Chain award winner by @SDCExec

The award recognizes Astrid Hussonnois for her achievements and leadership in transforming the supply chain industry. Currently, Astrid empowers LeanDNA’s customers—buyers, analysts, suppliers, and supply chain managers and leaders—with the technology and hands-on customer support to make their jobs easier and more effective. She guides manufacturing companies in the implementation of LeanDNA’s software solutions and advises manufacturing leaders on situations where teams can improve efficiencies and execute the right inventory actions when and where it matters most.

“Manufacturing has long processes that require synergies in order for any adjustments to be made or for teams to be successful at doing their jobs. This is why I have dedicated my career to finding efficient, sustainable supply chain processes after experiencing the industry challenges first-hand,” said Astrid. “It is my passion to help our customers understand the possibilities and opportunities LeanDNA can bring to their business.”

Astrid also believes that sustainability has to be factored into the solutions she and LeanDNA bring to their customers to drive all strategies and actions. She continuously looks for new ways to eliminate or reduce waste in her teams’ processes, such as streamlining production, refining procedures and more.

“Our customers work in fast-growing, complex markets that make it difficult for them to react swiftly to changes in demand,” said Richard Lebovitz, CEO of LeanDNA. “Astrid has been a vital addition to our team who works relentlessly to ensure our customers have the tools and support they need to deliver value for their companies. Our team is thrilled that her hard work and dedication has been recognized with this great honor.”

“These women are just absolutely amazing in so many ways. They’ve re-tooled, re-innovated and revamped how the world sees the supply chain and logistics industry. They’ve paved the way for future female supply chain leaders to become a part of an industry that matters. Because women in the supply chain matter. And, some of these women are young, which means, they’re just getting started,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. “I’m honored to recognize and celebrate the achievements of so many female supply chain leaders.”

The Women in Supply Chain award recognizes female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company. It is the latest award added to the running list of recognitions the LeanDNA team has already received this year. The company ranked No. 57 on the Inc. 5000 Series: Texas list of fastest-growing private companies, and was recognized as a Best Places to Work by Built in Austin. LeanDNA was also awarded Supply Chain Management Review’s NextGen Supply Chain Analytics Award for driving the industry forward with actionable analytics and prescriptive workflows. Additionally, CEO Richard Lebovitz won the Supply and Demand Chain Executive 2021 Pro to Know award for his commitment to equipping supply chain professionals and procurement teams with the right tools to make their jobs easier.
