The integration greatly expands Lobbytrack users options to migrate their physical access control to the cloud.
Lobbytrack, one of the industry’s most widely used visitor management platforms, completed its integration with Brivo physical access control system. The integrated solution uplifts security by combining the features of the two powerful cloud-based programs and enables managers to create safer and healthier workplaces.

“I’m excited to announce that Lobbytrack now works seamlessly with Brivo OnAir, a fully featured cloud-hosted access control solution,” says Sandeep Jolly, CEO and founder of Lobbytrack’s developer Jolly Technologies. “The integration empowers Lobbytrack’s clients to ramp up security and streamline user experience by migrating access control to a modern cloud-based system.”
The demand for cloud-based access control systems spiked in the aftermath of COVID-19, when stay-at-home orders restricted many managers from entering their workplaces. With their on-site access control systems locked away inside a room in the building, security and facilities teams had no way to change access permissions or admit cleaning services or delivery drivers. With more than 30,000 companies using its on-site software, Lobbytrack experienced the roaring customer demand first-hand.
“Suddenly, everyone was scrambling to get access control software they could manage without having to go to the office,” says Sandeep Jolly. “Touchless entry and remote management were the new normal, so clients needed a system that offered these features. Brivo is the cloud access control leader that many of our clients were familiar with, so it was an obvious choice.”
Brivo is a sophisticated access control and security platform that allows users to manage access authorizations and monitor the premises using integrated video cameras. The access system hardware includes PIN, RFID and HID card readers, door controllers and electric locks. It also offers mobile app unlock via the Brivo Mobile Pass app. Administrators can assign Mobile Passes to different smartphones, which makes the phone work like a physical badge or keycard.
“We are pleased to integrate with Lobbytrack and expand the ecosystem of cloud-based solutions, said Steve Van Till, Founder and CEO of Brivo. Lobbytrack has a loyal and fast-growing customer base and expanding access solutions is critical to improve visitor management in a post-COVID world.”
Together, the two systems offer users every visitor-management and access-control feature they may need in a modern-day workplace. Users can now pre-register visitors, schedule touchless guest entry, monitor visitors on site, manage employee time and attendances, screen visitors against watchlists, print visitor badges, lock or unlock doors remotely, and issue or revoke access credentials from anywhere through a browser and mobile app interface.
Lobbytrack’s on-premise desktop-based software works with most of the on-site access control systems including AMAG, Brivo, DSX, Johnson Controls, Kantech, Lenel OnGuard, Primion, S2, and Software House C-Cure. Jolly Technologies introduced a cloud-based version back in 2017 when companies started migrating their systems to the cloud. Now, with COVID-19 necessitating new safety measures, modern, remotely manageable ACS are in high demand. The recent integration between Lobbytrack Online and Brivo indicates the market’s appetite for cloud-hosted ACS.
