Litify Acquires Salesforce-Based E-Billing Solution LegalStratus

Acquisition of LegalStratus, a Salesforce.com ISV Partner, adds Fortune 500 corporate legal teams and public sector legal professionals to the Litify Platform and solidifies Litify’s leading position in these markets following a year of explosive growth.

Litify, the legal operating system built on Salesforce.com, has completed its acquisition of LegalStratus, makers of best-in-class Enterprise Legal Management tools and the premier e-billing solution built on the Salesforce platform.
