Alida Announces Equity Investment from BMO Capital Partners

Funding complements the recent equity investment from Round13 Growth

Alida, a leader in Total Experience Management (TXM), today announced that following the recent Series D funding round by Round13 Growth Fund, the company has received a subsequent equity investment by BMO Capital Partners, bringing the total investment to $23 million. This investment will accelerate Alida’s aggressive growth strategy and innovation agenda to deliver leading SaaS solutions in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) industry.

Today’s equity investment builds on the $20 million capital raise from Round13 Growth Fund in September 2021. Other recent funding initiatives include a US$10 million debt facility from Comerica Bank in July 2021, and US$20 million in growth debt from Vistara Capital Partners in 2020.
