Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is a ‘must see’ for attendees at the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) Retail’s Big Show on January 15-17, 2023, at the Javits Center in New York. Toshiba will showcase its industry-leading retail-hardened hardware solutions and software innovations like the ELERA Commerce Platform in its booth. ELERA and its suite of solutions help free retailers from legacy technology constraints. With more control over store operations, retailers can enhance efficiency and productivity at scale. Booth guests will also get an early glimpse at live demos of innovative retail solutions on the horizon, like a total touch-free computer vision solution for self-checkout, an accessible and scalable smart cart solution, a biometric checkout payments system, and more.

Wayfair, an early ELERA adopter, will share the stage with Toshiba in the Innovation Lab. The 30-minute moderated panel titled “The Intersection of Innovation & Intention: Shaping the Next Store Experience” takes place on Monday, Jan. 16, from 2-2:30 p.m. The panel, moderated by Carlegren, will include Kevin O’Riordan, Head of Physical Retail and Supply Chain Engineering, Wayfair, and Yevgeni Tsirulnik, SVP of Innovation and Incubation, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions. The executives will discuss the digital transformations Wayfair and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions are driving to enrich the shopper experience. This conversation will explore how brick-and-mortar stores deploy retail technology and how cutting-edge unified commerce platforms accelerate retail transformation.

Toshiba has unveiled several new and exciting partner programs over the past year and 10+ Channel partners will be featuring Toshiba retail hardware in their booths. Also, two of Toshiba‘s strategic ISV partners will showcase their leading-edge solutions in the Toshiba booth this year – Custom Business Solutions (CBS) will feature Restaurant solutions, and Xenia Retail will feature solutions for Convenience and Specialty retailers.
