Ackroo Inc. (TSX-V: AKR; OTC: AKRFF) (the “Company”), a loyalty marketing, payments and point-of-sale technology and services provider, is pleased to announce that its annual general and special meeting of shareholders will be held on October 6th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
The meeting will be held in a hybrid format in which shareholders will be invited to join a live audio conference with management of the Company or join in person at Ackroo’s head office. At the meeting, management will be available to answer questions regarding the ongoing business of the Company, and interested shareholders are invited to attend.
Further information on the format of the meeting and matters to be considered at the meeting will be made available in the management information circular which was mailed to shareholders of record as of September 1st, 2022.
