With this integration, joint customers will have a seamless experience when making and receiving calls using the 8×8 Virtual Office Desktop or Mobile applications and a Jabra headset. Users can answer, mute and disconnect 8×8 calls directly from their Jabra headsets with no further actions required in the 8×8 applications, for an experience that replicates the native phone application and business phones.
