SYSPRO USA Appoints Brian Goodman As Chief Customer Officer To Lead Customer Success

Goodman has more than two decades of experience in the software, manufacturing, and services industries, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. Prior to joining SYSPRO, he served as Chief Operating Officer for a manufacturer of complex components and assemblies for the aerospace, industrial, defense, and energy industries, where he was responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the company’s services team.
