Rohirrim Hires Sales and Marketing Heavy Hitters Brian Shealey and Kaustubh “KP” Pradhan to Drive Next Phase of Growth
Rohirrim, the cutting-edge technology company specializing in domain-aware generative AI for the enterprise, has tapped two industry veterans to drive sales and product management, respectively. The company’s new Vice President of Sales, Brian Shealey, brings over two decades of experience in go-to-market (GTM) and business development strategy. Rohirrim has also tapped Google alum Kaustubh “KP” Pradhan as Vice President of Product Management & Marketing.
“We’ve already hit the ground running to drive the next phase of company growth and continue to deliver value to our customers and investors. My key focus this year is to build out our sales division to connect more organizations with the tools they need to respond to RFPs swiftly.”
Rohirrim’s domain-aware generative AI product, Rohan, was built to significantly reduce the time and money it takes to construct meaningful, impactful responses to RFPs. Trained solely on private, unstructured data, Rohan ensures enterprises can safely utilize its benefits while minimizing risks associated with language models. The platform solves a deep need in the enterprise business development community, and has allowed Rohirrim to achieve significant growth and adoption across various industries. In fact, the company closed a $15 million funding round, led by Insight Partners, in October.

Over the course of his career, Shealey has developed his skills supporting customers around the world as they adopt emerging technology and solving complex business problems across the commercial and public sector landscapes. Most recently, he was Vice President of Public Sector at Immuta, leading GTM strategy and supporting government customer missions. Shealey’s decades of experience will be crucial in driving continued growth at Rohirrim, where he will spearhead building the company’s sales organization.
KP brings over 25 years of expertise in creating, launching, and scaling products from the ground up across various industries, including enterprise, SaaS, public cloud, and early- to mid-stage technology companies. Formerly a product, solutions & GTM strategy lead for Google Cloud, Rohirrim has tapped KP to bridge product vision and market adoption. As the VP of Product Management & Marketing, he is responsible for aligning the strategic vision and execution of product development and marketing initiatives, ensuring our products meet customer and market demands while effectively communicating the platform’s value to drive adoption and growth.
“The arrival of Brian and KP signals a new era of excellence for Rohirrim. Their commitment to innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to bring generative AI applications to enterprises that solve mission-critical pain points. Their impact will be both immediate and profound,” said Rohirrim Founder and CEO Steven Aberle. “Brian’s expertise in GTM and business development, combined with his innate ability to understand customers’ needs, make him an invaluable addition to our leadership team. And KP’s incredible track record as a product and marketing leader at Google and MagicLeap, not to mention his creative mindset, is exactly what we need to take Rohirrim to the next level.”
“In just over one year, Rohirrim has proven to be a fast-growing company with huge potential and world-class leadership,” said Shealey. “We’ve already hit the ground running to drive the next phase of company growth and continue to deliver value to our customers and investors. My key focus this year is to build out our sales division to connect more organizations with the tools they need to respond to RFPs swiftly.”
“There is not a single other product on the market that can reduce the amount of time and money it takes to write a proposal as significantly and securely as Rohan,” said KP. “With a product like this, it’s no wonder Rohirrim has had such rapid growth over the past year. I look forward to working closely with Steven, Brian, and the Rohirrim team to implement a long-term product vision and strategy that align with the company’s goals and translate that into impactful product marketing campaigns.”
