LeanData™ Expands Executive Team, Adding Two Seasoned Leaders To Fuel Revenue Growth Company appoints first Chief Customer Officer and VP of Finance

LeanData, the leader in Lead-to-Account Matching, Routing, and Marketing Attribution solutions, announced the company has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of their first Chief Customer Officer, Rachael McBrearty and Vice President of Finance, Larry Cheng.  McBrearty joins LeanData from Cisco, where she recently led the Global Customer Insights & Customer Experience division. Cheng joins LeanData from Arimo, Inc. (recently acquired by Panasonic Corporation), where he recently served as Director of Finance.

LeanData provides a portfolio of solutions that enable Revenue Operations teams to connect the right data to the right people to accelerate time to revenue.  Over the past year, the company has experienced explosive growth, expanding the customer base to over 450 high-growth enterprises, adding seasoned leaders to the executive team including Karen Steele, Chief Marketing Officer, and Asher Matthew, VP, Business Development. McBrearty will focus her efforts on delivering a world-class customer experience that will further propel LeanData into the next phase of growth and beyond. Cheng will focus on driving growth for the company with finance, revenue operations and G&A reporting directly to him.

Rachael joins LeanData after spending over a decade at Cisco, where she held senior executive-level customer experience and insights positions spanning across business units, as well as a consulting services practice focused on helping Cisco’s top customers with their customer experiences. In her new role as Chief Customer Officer, McBrearty will be responsible for defining and improving client outcomes and ensuring customer-centricity remains at the core of LeanData’s growth and company values.

Larry Cheng brings over two decades of experience working with venture-backed and high-growth companies in the technology industry. Throughout his career, Cheng has held senior-level financial positions at leading organizations including Coursera, Meebo (acquired by Google), Callidus Cloud (acquired by SAP), among others.
